Return and Refund Policy

With the exception to earrings, Magic Slim garments and kitchenware (Due to hygiene reasons), you may cancel an order and return the product at your own cost, within seven days, beginning on the day after you receive the products. You may return some or all the products. In this case, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the products, less an administration fee of S$6. Please note you must return the product to us and must pay for the cost of returning the product to us under the policy, unless the product(s) are not those you ordered, in which case, we will bear your costs of returning the product(s) in question to us.

To cancel an order, you must inform us by email. You must also return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition, with the original packaging, in which you received them (Failing which we will not accept the return) and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. However, if you fail to comply with this obligation, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise if an item is defective or arrives damaged. You must email us the RMA form and the digital photographs within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise or else we cannot process a claim. We will initiate a damage pick-up and inspection with our shipping vendor. You shall be issued an RMA number which you must write the RMA on the outside of your return package. Shipments returned without an RMA will be refused. Merchandise that is defective or damaged must be received by us 7 days after notification of damage.

Replacement merchandise will be shipped once our shipping vendor makes their damage inspection report. This might take 3-5 business days.

In cases, where the one or all the products are no longer available, we shall refund you the price paid for the products.

Shipping and handling cost are not refundable and customers who initially enjoyed the free shipment of goods are to pay the respective shipping cost together with the payment of the shipping of goods back.

Please also note that you must retain the original boxes with shipping labels and packing material. If you throw away these boxes with their labels and if you throw away packing materials we cannot process a damage claim and you will not be entitled to a replacement. This is per our shipping vendor's insurance policy and is non-negotiable.
